Zucchini Kuku...from the cuckoo's ne(s)t

Came across Zucchini Kuku recipe while reading up on Iranian food and this one was perfect for the zucchini languishing in the refrigerator...there are various kinds of kukus - herb, chicken, potato...can be made in a pan or in the oven...the recipe is from a website called mypersiankitchen...copying the link...check it out...went ahead to see what the cuckoo was all about!!...this was ok...like a frittata…but different and good for a change…
